Manager of Client Services

Tim Shively is responsible for the expansion of our charter fleet, clientele, managed aircraft, and ground services. He works closely with individuals and corporate clients to assist in evaluating their particular needs, and making sure that ProJet delivers our services to the highest standard of excellence. Tim has a broad history of information analysis, accounting services, financial resource management, and FBO operations. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University, and has prior aviation experience in many facets of the industry. Prior to his position with ProJet, Tim was the Operations Manager for Frederick Aviation, and later became the General Manager for Encore FBO, playing a primary role in the transition team that lead that acquisition. Tim also has experience as a Part 135 charter pilot, and served as the Director of Flight Operations for a FAR Part 91 company.
